New DSTU Uniform and character

This is the new DSTU school uniform I will be using, I find it to be more unique and less bug prone than my previous ones. I will also be using this outfit design in my own singleplayer game.

This is my first official black female, I don't know what specifications I'll use for her yet though (Name, Height, etc) so any suggestions are welcome!
